Salesforce Becomes Official Team Deutschland Key Partner
MUNICH — July 19, 2021 —Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, today announced it is now an official Key Partner to Team Deutschland, the German Olympic team. In the run-up to 2024 and beyond, Salesforce will deliver marketing programs that will create unique fan experiences and bring fans and Team Deutschland closer together than ever before.
As part of this partnership, Salesforce will work with German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) and Deutsche Sport Marketing (DSM) to drive the digitization of Team Germany with immediate effect. This includes communication and engagement with millions of people around the world, as well as compelling visualization of information and data to help fans get to know and follow German athletes and their sports more closely. Salesforce will also support the reskilling of Team Deutschland athletes during and post their careers through its online learning platform Trailhead which is publicly accessible under https://trailhead.salesforce.com/de .
The key partnership with Team Deutschland agreed between Deutsche Sport Marketing as the marketing agency of the German Olympic Sports Confederation and Salesforce covers a total of three Olympic Games (Tokyo, Beijing and Paris). The cooperation with the new partner Salesforce kicks off with the Olympic Games in Tokyo, which begin on July 23.
